Andy "Smoothie" Ta is from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Andy “Smoothie” Ta joined Team Dragon Knights in 2015. Despite initial communication issues with his Korean bot lane partner LouisXGeeGee, Smoothie and TDK fought their way through the NA Challenger Series and earned a spot in the 2015 NA LCS Summer Split. After the 2015 NA LCS Summer Split, Smoothie joined Team Liquid, after their starting support Xpecial was benched.
